Sales Champion
The Sales Champion will be working alongside the Managing Consultant. While the Managing Consultant is responsible for the company vision, day to day operations management, contributing and sometimes leading proposal development, and delivering client projects on time and under budget, the Sales Champion will be responsible for getting new business for the company, developing leads, cultivating relationships with clients new and old, proposal development, and closing deals. Essentially, the Sales Champion will work with the client throughout the project lifecycle, though much less during the execution of deliverables, and client acceptance of deliverables (the execution and closing phases of a project).
We are looking for a process driven sales professional who is exceptionally skilled in the following areas:
- Persistence: The drive and determination to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Prospecting: The ability to identify and generate new leads.
- Sales Processes: A deep understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to effectively manage it.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and persuade clients.
- Negotiation: The ability to negotiate favorable terms and close deals.
- Service Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the services being sold. A commitment to learn the ins and outs of our service offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running on day 1. Someone with a plan (be prepared to discuss in detail your strategy and vision for the Sales Champion).
